Evangelist Ledelphia Boyd

A Woman of Prayer, Faith and Power

Evangelist Ledelphia Boyd is a native of Chicago, Illinois.  She and her husband, Rev. James Boyd Jr., have raised three children in the faith who also serve the Lord and His people: James III, Joshua, and Naomi. The Boyds produced Kingdom Express Radio Ministry from 2013-2016 by which thousands were reached weekly with messages of hope and faith. They also enjoy conducting marriage retreats.
Evangelist Boyd earned a Master of Arts Degree in Ministry from the Metropolitan Christian University of Chicago where she studied Pastoral Ministry. She also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Inner City Studies/Education from Northeastern Illinois University. Evangelist Boyd Studied Spiritual Formation and Discipleship at Moody Theological Seminary and is a  proud recipient of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges for Leadership, and is accredited by the Evangelical Training Association (ETA).
Evangelist Boyd is a woman of prayer, faith, and power. She is an intercessor, praise and worship leader, musician, mentor, and teacher. Her evangelistic ministry was imparted to her over 25 years while serving under Elder Carol Boyd, the overseer of Paradise M. B. Church's Tuesday Night Prayer and Bible Class. She is licensed and ordained by Dr. James C. Boyd Sr., the pastor of Paradise M.B. Church, where she continues to serve in the Christian Education Ministry and as the director of the Paradise Women's Outreach Ministry. In addition, she ministers during worship services, revivals, conferences, and retreats.
Evangelist Boyd is a Board member of the Chicago-based Daughters of Zion International Outreach Ministry, founded and pastored by Mother Henrietta Thomas. Mother Thomas is the president of the Daughters of Zion Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes and encourages self-sufficiency through education, counseling and training. Evangelist Boyd recieves significant impartation and teaching from Mother Thomas.
Evangelist Boyd preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ affirmed by manifestations of the preached word. She operates in a mantle of deliverance with the gifts of healing, words of wisdom, and knowledge. 
Evangelist Boyd mentors women in ministry, through monthly fellowship gatherings, and an annual Rest Retreat, which serves women in leadership.
